Storia

Our story

Our passion for the territory, our winemaking tradition, our cuisine, our art and our culture are just some of the treasures that make us unique.

Thus, we have decided to wander among the vineyards and olive groves of the Teramo hills, in search of the best master winemakers who, with their knowledge, can pass down their expertise and their values from generation to generation.

Now we are ready to produce our first wine and our first oil, enclosing all our passion and our Italian tradition.

Each bottle holds the values of life, the passion for the land and the respect for tradition.

With every sip, you can feel the history of the territory, the dedication of the family and their love for life.

Our products are treasures that go beyond taste, they are a unique experience that will make you feel in touch with the true essence of being Italian.

Territorio

The vineyards adorn the gentle slopes of the Teramo hills, a strong place in the production area of the most famous grape variety of Abruzzo, Montepulciano.

In addition to the Montepulciano grape variety, Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino are grown according to the traditional trellis and awning systems.

Mission

The quality of our products is based on the extraordinary richness of the territory in which we operate. The hills, which are protected by a mild climate, know how to produce exquisite grapes. In addition, careful processes preserve the successful combination of modernity and tradition.

Olio

"Let our extra virgin olive oil transport you to a world of flavors!"

Our olive oil

Our olive oil mill is characterized by a rigorously "cold" extraction system with a three-phase continuous cycle. Passion, information and attention to details are transmitted to the final consumer.

The processing plant, ensuring maximum cleanliness and strict control of the extraction temperatures, allows us to obtain oil with an extremely high quality. The crushing phase, which causes the fruit to break and the formation of the olive paste, is preceded by a preparatory phase of removing leaves and washing in order to remove field residues, mainly leaves and soil.

The olive paste is mixed in kneaders at a maximum temperature of 27 °C in order to promote the separation of the oil and the formation of the precious aromatic bouquet, characteristic of high quality oils. The oils are naturally

left to settle in stainless steel containers with a controlled temperature and without oxygen, and filtered before packaging.

Our flavours

The distillation of natural flavours is a natural process in which plant material (such as flowers or herbs) is heated to extract the flavours. The resulting aromatic vapours pass through a cooled tube and turn into liquid. This collected liquid contains the desired flavours. The essential oil is separated from the water and kept for the use of our seasonings.
